Because every piece of Arishaluxe jewelry is handmade to order, to ensure that the quality meets our standards, please allow our artisans the time needed to carefully craft your ring by hand. This process typically takes 15–20 business days to complete (excluding in-stock items).

If you require us to expedite the creation process, please contact us prior to placing your order to ensure we can fulfill your request within the given time frame.

All U.S. domestic orders will be shipped via UPS (insured and signature required). International orders will be shipped via UPS or DHL depending on the destination.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or phone number so you can track the status of your package

International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. A 25% tax will be added to your order to cover the payment and processing of customs taxes and duties for your shipment. This helps avoid any complications or delays with delivery.

If you wish to return your item, the buyer will be responsible for shipping the item back at their own expense.
